HOW TO ACTIVATE CURLS:
- Soak the hair in lukewarm water.
- Gently finger comb the hair in a downward motion until you achieve curls.
- Squeeze excess water and pat dry with a clean towel (do not rub or wring hair)
- Air dry.
WASHING INSTRUCTION:
- Before washing hair, brush to remove all tangles.Start from the bottom and work up to the weft. (For curly hair: do not brush. Finger comb to remove all tangles)
- Fill a sink or a large container with lukewarm water and add wig shampoo
- Apply conditioner and leave on for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.
- Gently pat out excess water with a clean towel (do not rub or wring hair)
- Pat dry with a clean towel
- Place the wig on a wig stand and air dry.
- Hair may lose its original curl pattern after wash. To restore curls, wash the hair thoroughly to remove any product build up. Use heated styling tools or rods to achieve curls

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
