HOW TO USE
Immediately after shampooing with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Length Retention Shampoo, apply Biotin Pack Treatment generously and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. For best results: Use with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Length Retention Leave-In Conditioner and Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Vita Gro Treatment (on hair that is fully dried for additional moisture, shine and easy comb through).
